Shipping Information

Please note that all orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). Pre-orders will ship on or around the release date--if you place an order with a pre-ordered item included, all items will ship together in totality. If you would like your other items faster, we suggest placing an order for the pre-orderd item separately.

After being shipped, all delivery times will vary based on your location, which typically is between 5-8 business days (Economy Shipping). Shipping is only available for U.S. at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking information.

If your order is incorrect upon arrival or damaged, please reach out to us at info@storiedbookery.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number. Our goal is to make sure you are happy!

Any damages that incurred during shipping or your package was lost is out of our control. If this instance happens, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned in by the carrier, it is officially in the care of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Storied Bookery & Gifts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, or, if your package appears to be stuck or missing, we kindly recommend filing a claim directly with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We know how frustrating mail mishaps can be, and we’ll always do our best to support you in navigating a resolution with USPS; however, ultimately, we cannot be held liable for damages incurred during shipping or if your package is missing once it is in transit.
