Refund policy

Return Policy:

We are more than happy to accept returns of an unopened package within 5 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Please note, books are not accepted for returns if you did not enjoy reading the book. As a small business, your support is valued, and we can only accept returns of unused/unread merchandise in perfect condition.

Conditions:

• A return must be made within 5 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase containing your name, email address, or order number.
• Please ensure the item is in original, unused/unread condition.
• To begin a return, please email info@storiedbookery.com.
• Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result to a mistake we made (ex: shipped the wrong item).

Refunds:

Once we have received your return and upon inspection, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
